Materials and Features

Edo Kiriko glass is hand-cut by artisans. It is made up of traditional and original patterns. It is made of soda glass, which has a high light diffusion property. At Saiho, we handle everything from design to production.

Regarding handling

Due to the characteristics of glass, please be careful of boiling water and sudden temperature changes.
Please refrain from using a dishwasher as this may cause scratches or damage.

The yarai pattern, which resembles a bamboo fence, is meant to ward off evil spirits.

This is an original Saiho design, featuring Edo Kiriko cut glass on Mount Fuji glass.
