Materials and Features

Edo Kiriko crafted by artisans through hand-carving. It is adorned with traditional or original patterns. The base material is crystal glass, known for its high light-diffusing properties. All stages, from design to production, are handled in-house at Saihou.

Regarding handling

Due to the nature of glass, please be careful with hot water and sudden temperature changes.
Dishwashers may cause scratches and breakage. Please refrain from using them if possible.

It boasts the largest size among Edo Kiriko glasses.
A masterpiece using three types of two-color glass: amber x green/gold-red, and neodymium x green.
The Kikukagome pattern, which requires high skill, and his original Yotsubishi pattern shine, revealing
a beautiful finish when you peer into it.
